Most engagements use more than one of these. An MVP usually starts with Product Design, becomes Custom Software, and finishes with a Fractional Team carrying it into the first months of real use. A scaling engagement might start with a Fractional Lead diagnosing the work, then pull in AI & Automation or Custom Software where it's needed.
